Event Payment Policy & Returns
Event Registration Payments & Deposits
All Event Registration payments & deposits for attendees and serve team members are nonrefundable.
Transfer Deadline: 3 weeks prior to event start date
Should an instance arise where you are unable to attend an event that you've registered for, you must notify Kallah Events (at [email protected] or [email protected]) a minimum of 3 weeks/21 days prior to the event in order for your registration/deposit payments to be fully transferrable.
When we receive your email prior to the 3 week deadline, we will cancel your existing event registration and transfer the full balance of your registration payment or deposit to be used for a future event within 1 calendar year of the original event date.
If for any reason you are unable to attend an event and it is after the 3 week transfer deadline, any registration payment and/or deposit is non-transferrable and nonrefundable.
Transferrable Balance Details:
Any transferrable balance from an event registration payment or deposit must be applied to a new event and used within 1 calendar year of original event date or it is subject to loss of use.

Event Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
